We drown traitors in shallow water [post t5]

[There are a lot of things Luke could have said about the trial and the way things played out. There's a lot of things Luke could have said about someone like Kazuma fooling all of them and the anger people felt...but he won't. He won't say anything about it to just anyone.

He won't talk about how he gets it. How he knows first-hand what that's like. How he's hardly affected by this at all. It's a pretty fucked up situation, but...over the course of the last week he's come to find there are people on this ship that are a little more delicate and need to be watched over. It's sort of like watching kids back at Camp again before everything went to hell.

Adam Parrish is one of those people. He hadn't stuck around for most of the after trial, but later in the evening he continues to think about the fact that Adam was genuinely upset about the betrayal.

...gods, why did coming back mean having to feel things again? Uggggggh. So maybe he feels bad. And maybe he's a little worried but Adam has other people to look after him, doesn't he? But what if they're busy? What if they also have problems and he's left alone and it turns into bitterness and angst and anger and--

--yeah he doesn't get much time to think on all of that before he finds himself in front of Adam's door. So he pauses, scrubbing a hand over his face before curling his hand into a fist and knocking.]

Parrish, you in there?

Melodrama and a bottle of wine, here's to self expression, here's to everyone that's dead [Post T3]

[By the time he killed a bottle of wine with a little help from some people, Luke realized he still wasn't entirely feeling better about...everything. Granted, he was also probably a little drunk but whatever, that's besides the point. It's for that reason that he seemingly forgets he could ask the robots to deliver wine and food to his room and he leaves, Backbiter strapped to his back still and not-quite stumbling his way to find a robot to bother. With a new bottle of wine obtained he decides that his room's too far away and makes his way for the viewport instead.

And that's how it became late at night and Luke Castellan's alone in the viewport drinking from a bottle of wine and staring out into space. Even with his abilities nuked a little, and even with his senses slightly impaired, he hears footsteps after a short while and looks up, spotting someone familiar and whistling to get Clover's attention.]

Shouldn't you be in bed? [But he doesn't sound like he cares one way or another. Actually, he sounds pretty happy to see her.]

Do you know who I am? Good neither do I [post t1]

[This entire thing was absolute bullshit and the moment they were released from the trial room Luke booked it for his own room. You know what sounded great. A nap. You know what else sounded great? Avoiding everybody!

You know what didn't sound great? Somebody knocking on his door not too longer after that. He opens an eye and stares at the door, debating if he really wanted to bother getting up. Even if he asked "who is it" he probably wouldn't have been heard. Nobody would try to murder him so soon after the trial concluded and he's pretty sure they won't go away until he answers...so up he goes to open the door...and then there's Frankenstein.]

...hey. [Oh gods what now.]

The Diary of Luke Castellan

My name is Luke. )

*"The Diary of Luke Castellan" is property of Rick Riordan from his book, "The Heroes of Olympus: The Demigod Diaries", part of the Percy Jackson/Heroes of Olympus universe. I in no way shape or form own this short story. The rest of these entries are for fun, not profit.
